recycling project. bottle companys only use the bottles and throw the caps away this company recycles those caps

ok so something weird. the flutter kicks that we did during training time today didnt hurt at all. weird how when were not getting smoked pt hurts less

yeah and we talked about it in stlc that the positive comments make you do better. when theyre like you suck! now do a bunch of pushups u cant do it as well
